In the research it has been proved that the internal labor regulations is the whole complex of social relations arising between employees and employer in the course of the labor organization at the enterprise, institution, organization or those social relations concerning physical person and they have been regularized by the rules of labor law with the aim of the creation of the conditions providing improve production efficiency and promotion of the employees comprehensive professional development. Considered category is the complex-organized labor-legal system including the following: labor rate setting; regime of the working hours; organization and maintenance of workplaces; creation of appropriate working conditions; measures to ensure labor discipline. It has been given grounds that principles of the legal regulation of the internal labor regulations are the objectively stipulated leading provisions of this labor law institute which are evidence of its unity and determine contents and characteristic peculiarities of the legal regulation in this realm and also outline the general direction of its development in general terms. The basic principles of the legal regulation of the internal labor regulations are: joining up of the subordination of the employee of the master power with comprehensive protection of the employee legal rights ; unity and differentiation of the internal legal regulations ; unity of the central and local legal regulation of the internal labor regulations; free choice by the employer of methods providing internal labor regulations; availability and continuity of the employees professional development.
