The thesis is devoted to the theoretical study places the judgments of agrarian disputes in the agricultural system of sources of law. The concept quot; source agrarian law, quot; reasonable provision quot; agrarian legal dispute - quot; and quot;secondary source agrarian law, quot; defined legal nature, place and role of the individual decisions of the higher courts in resolving agrarian relations. A proper suggestions and practical recommendations for improving agricultural sources of law in the proper settlement of their agrarian relations through individual decisions of the higher courts of agrarian disputes, increasing the role and effectiveness of such judgments even as a secondary source of agricultural law.
