Okrepka A. Legal regulation of land evaluation in Ukraine

The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the legal regulation of land evaluation in Ukraine. The concepts and definitions of "valuation activity", "evaluation activities" are formulated and their correlation is defined, the place of land regulation valuation in land law is found, the main historical and legal aspects of the formation and development of the land evaluation in Ukraine are determined, the peculiarities of legal regulation of different land evaluation aspects are disclosed and the classification of legal acts in the sphere of monetary valuation of land and its cases of its conduction are proposed. The features of different levels of regulation of land evaluation activities have its detailed explanation (state, self-regulation, private law, international law), information of land valuation. The relevance in the field of implementation of co-valuation activities based on parity combination of state regulation and self-regulation is grounded. The experience of leading foreign countries on specific regulatory issues of evaluation is examined. The specific recommendations and proposals in the improvement of valuation activities regulation is formulated.
