Essay

This research is one of the first in the domestic administrative and legal science complex studies on theoretical and practical problems of judicial review of administrative proceedings. The paper identifies the forms and methods of realization of judicial review by the courts in administrative proceedings, as well as the stages and limits of the realization of such judicial review. Based on the study, analysis and synthesis of scientific papers in various fields of law, legal acts Ukraine and Litigation proposed solutions to problems associated with the exercise of judicial review of administrative proceedings.
