Essay

The dissertation is devoted to one of the urgent problems of Pediatrics, the study of metabolic and autonomic disorders of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia in children with puberty manifestations. In this work there were investigated the family history data, which show a high incidence of degenerative diseases of themusculoskeletal, skin, disproportionate physical development, inflammatory airway diseases, functional disorders of the autonomic nervous system, diseases of the digestive and cardiovascular systems of children's relatives with UDCTD, than in children's relatives without dysplasia, confirming the genetic predisposition to impaired metabolism of connective tissue. It has been shown that children with UDCTD have changes in lipid metabolism, indices of lipid and protein peroxidation, and antioxidant protection system. It was defined electrolyte imbalance and correlative connectivity between basic bioelements indicators of creating collagen and level of oxyproline. The study of autonomic disorders found inadequate autonomic reactivity and reduce adaptive mechanisms that indicate an imbalance of the autonomic nervous system functioning due to excessive excitability of the sympathetic division in children with type UDCTD. It was developed rehabilitation and preventive complex based on proven changes, including complex metabolic preparations on the background of rational mode of the day, nutrition, massage and tools that tempered the body.
