Kleban K. Chronobiological features of non-psychotic psychiatric disorders in patients with metabolic syndrome

Thesis is devoted to one of the actual, but insufficiently studied problems of psychiatry - the development of early diagnosis of mental disorders nepsihotichnih with the presence of anxiety and depressive symptoms in patients with metabolic syndrome. By studying the structure and clinical and psychopathological features of non-psychotic mental disorders registry of patients with metabolic syndrome was established leading psychiatric syndromes, and was not raised profound expression, masking and effacement forms of anxiety and depression. The data obtained allowed to form an optimal screening tool to determine the presence of high-risk or possible development of depressive and anxiety disorders comorbid metabolic syndrome due to additional diagnostic targets, such as the duration of individual moments, the circadian rhythm of activity, the presence of DS and reduce heart rate variability.
