Mikhrovska M. Administrative and legal regulation of organization and functioning of organs of executive power in Ukraine

The dissertation is a scientific research of the administrative and legal regulation of organization and functioning of organs of executive power in Ukraine. Historical aspects of the formation and reformation of the system of executive power in Ukraine, the results of the previous stages of the administrative reform are studied, and the problems at the present stage are formulated. The paper contains a number of theoretical positions and practical recommendations formulated as a result of a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal regulation of organization and functioning of organs of executive power in Ukraine. According to the determined task author's definitions of the concepts of "executive power" and "public administration reform" have been given. Also suggested the author's definition of "reordination" relations as relations in the sphere of social administration, in which the object of administration is entitled to require from the subject of administration of proper performance of the functions conferred upon him in order to implement, protect or restore rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of such object.
