Essay

This thesis presents theoretical generalization and new solution of actual problems of modern dentistry – improving primary prevention of caries in permanent teeth of children of primary school age by clinical and laboratory study prescriptions to correct calcium-phosphorus metabolism. Pathogenesis reasonable complex of preventive measures is developed and aimed at prevention of caries lesions at 6–7 years’ old children. It has provided an appointment of the endogenous regulators of calcium and calcium-phosphorus metabolism in conjunction with the use of exogenous means of caries prevention. The high efficiency of the clinical preventive complex confirmed by a significant reduction in caries increment intensity (0.78), comparing with the control group (2.47), high levels of intensity reduction rates of caries (68.42 %) and increasing degree caries resistance of enamel – 4 96 ± 0,25 within two years of observations.
