Essay

The thesis is devoted to analysis of diagnostic yield, accuracy and efficiency of stereotaxic surgery with the aim of optimizing the differential diagnosis and individualized treatment regimens in focal brain lesions of various etiologies. The analysis of the results of stereotaxic surgery using navigation frame differential diagnosis and treatment of patients with focal brain lesions based on clinical - instrumental - morphological comparisons. The scheme of diagnostic and therapeutic measures has been developed and implemented in patients with focal brain lesions. Using this scheme promotes early diagnosis, treatment efficiency and the quality of care of such patients. The importance of multivariate discriminant analysis has been proved when comparing the features of the flow and the morphology of the focal brain lesions of various etiologies, which correlate with the features and localization depend on the histological variant of the pathological process, therefore can be used to predict the histological diagnosis of non-diagnostic biopsies. Stereotactic aspiration of cystic tumors - a highly effective and safe method of treatment for cancer and general radiological readings, with proven efficacy in the early postoperative period in 100% of cases, and 69.84% for the first year, with no postoperative complications and mortality. Stereotactic implantation Ommaya reservoir is indicated for recurrent cystic neoplasms. The effectiveness of this method of surgery in a general improvement of patients after imlantatsiyi tank was obtained in all patients. Complete clinical and neurological improvement was observed in 63.15% of patients, partial in 36.85% observations. Stereotactic intracerebral abscesses treatment method is an alternative method of mini-invasive treatment of patients with complete recovery in 87.5% of cases with full safety techniques.
