Borichenko K. Social Protection of Families with Children under the Laws of Ukraine.

The thesis is a special complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of families with children social protection under the Ukrainian legislation. In the thesis concepts, peculiarities, forms and types of families with children social protection are defined. Mandatory social insurance, state social assistance and additional social protection as legal forms of families with children social protection are studied. Сertain types of families with children social protection are analyzed. Author formulates proposals for improving the current legislation in the sphere of social protection on social protection of families with children in accordance with international standards and positive legislative experience of foreign countries.
