Yaremchuk N. Organizational-economic mechanism of grain products subcomplex management.

The thesis is dedicated to development of theoretical-methodical basis and applied recommendations on improvement of the ongoing and development of the new mechanisms of management of the grain products subcomplex of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine in conditions of globalization. The economic essence and the content of the mechanisms of grain production as an economic category and a process of an advanced economic reproduction have been investigated. Methodical approaches to evaluate the efficiency of grain products subcomplex management were determined. The state and the tendencies of grain products subcomplex development in Ukraine and Vinnitsa region were analyzed. The structure of grain products market, its capacity and potential for intersectorial interchange of processed production were evaluated. A component-wise investigation of the peculiarities of price setting in production, processing and selling of grain products was made. Propositions on improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of grain products subcomplex management for a purpose of encouragement of grain products production on the basis of improvement of legislative provision and state support were developed. The directions and potentialities of rationalization of mutual economic relations between the participants of grain products production were offered. Conceptual approaches to forming the strategy of development of grain products production for prospect by the example of the administrative region were determined.
