Bondarenko A. The mechanism of management of state financial control in Ukraine

Object of study: state financial control. The goal: a scientific theoretical foundation and development of practical recommendations on the formation mechanism of management of state financial control. Methods: a systematic approach, method of comparison and analogy, institutional analysis, situational analysis, abstraction and generalization. Results theoretically grounded and practical recommendations developed on the formation mechanism of management of state financial control in Ukraine. Novelty: formulated general theoretical nature of the mechanism of management of state financial control; improved system measures to ensure full information mechanism management of state financial control based on national information system; obtained the further development of the conceptual framework of governance by clarifying the essence of the concept of "state financial control", which offered interpreted as a multi-level system management and others. Introduced in the activities of the Ministry of income and fees of Ukraine, the Finance Department of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of Ukraine. Areas of use: public authorities.
