The theoretical foundations and practical experience in the development cycle of domestic and foreign enterprises are generalised to clarify the concept of life cycle of enterprise and the stages of enterprise life cycle, the mechanism of management by tourism enterprise life cycle and the classification of the factors which influence on the life cycle development of tourism enterprises are improved in the thesis.It is scientifically-based the clarifying of development conception of enterprise life cycle stages. The conceptional base of management mechanism of tourism enterprise life cycle is worked out.
