The thesis is devoted to theoretical and legal aspects of information offenses. The thesis investigates the concept of "informational offense", "computer offense" defined relationship between these concepts and singles out the main features, characteristics of information crime as a kind of violations. Singled out the basic criteria for the classification of information violations and proposed classification of author information offenses. On the basis of existing legislation and research papers designed reasoned proposals for the adoption of a package of legal acts to combat information offenses: Concepts offenses against information in Ukraine, Strategy offenses against information in Ukraine and state programs in its particular areas, such State program to combat computer crime in Ukraine, State program to combat electronic fraud in Ukraine and so on.
