Kononenko J. Administrative and legal guard of right on the fair judicial hearing in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific task in relation to the guard of right on the fair judicial hearing by the norms of administrative law, exposure of failings, in its legal adjusting and development of suggestions in relation to their removal. Concept of right on the fair judicial hearing from positions of object of administrative and legal guard certainly as the subjective possibility assured the state each to appeal to the court for just, opened, during the clever term of consideration of legal conflict by an independent, impartial court, created on the basis of law, and also to require the forced implementation of decree.
