Thesis is focused on the researches of bearing capacity, deformability and fracture toughness of beam structures, reinforced by cut and stretchy sheet.The experimental researches of bearing capacity, deformability and fracture toughness of steel concrete beam elements, reinforced by steel cut and stretchy sheet are conducted. It is studied the peculiarities of such elements deformation at all work stages as well as joint work of steel cut and stretchy sheet with the concrete. The calculated device for the determination of bearing capacity, deformability and fracture toughness of normal sections of such structures on the deformation model basis is worked out. The comparative analysis of stress-deformation state of steel concrete beam elements, reinforced by steel cut and stretchy sheet and traditional reinforced beams, made of different concrete types is done. The calculation method of bending steel concrete beam elements, reinforced by steel cut and stretchy sheet on the Electronic Accounting Machine which considers the specificity of such structures is conducted. The proposals of the design of steel concrete beams, reinforced by steel cut and stretchy sheet are submitted.
