The thesis is dedicated to the comprehensive study of the theoretical and practical challenges of using administrative reform as a mechanism of combating corruption. The scientific support of the implementation of anti-corruption policy in public administration system in Ukraine was examined. The experience of solving this problem by means of administrative reform in the countries of the West, the EU Member States, the Eastern European countries and countries of the former Soviet Union was also analysed.
