Essay

The thesis contains a comprehensive study of the doctrinal provisions of the legislation of Ukraine and international law on the regulation of investment in the environment. The author based on the analysis of scientific-theoretical and legal framework analyzes the concept of "investment in the environment" and on this basis the actual wording of "investment in the environment". The features and basic elements of the relationship in the sphere of investment in the environment are investigated. Contractual forms of investment in the environment in Ukraine are analyzed. The results of the research are formulated proposals on improving legislation in the sphere of investment in the environment.
