Salmina Y. Legal regulation of using of natural resources of the continental shelf.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of actual problems of legal regulation of the use of natural resources of the continental shelf. As a result of research were determined the conceptual apparatus in the field of natural resources of the continental shelf, and above all the legal concept of the continental shelf, analyzed the level of scientific research of the chosen topic, the analyzed of the current legislation of Ukraine and international law on the use of natural resources of the continental shelf, investigated basic elements of relationships that develop in the area of natural resources of the continental shelf and in detail some uses of the natural resources of the continental shelf. As a result of the conducted research the proposals were formulated to enhance legislation in the field of using of natural resources of the continental shelf.
