Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research of peculiarities within realization of the principle of humanism into labor law based on analysis of foreign and domestic authors' theoretical achievements, international legal and Ukrainian provisions of law. The concept of the principle of humanism in labor law has been composed in given study. The provisions of law maintaining the realization of this principle have been determined from one hand to be the provisions of humanism based on justice of equity of all labor relations participants. And this fact to appear in guaranteeing the respect to human dignity and its physical integrity. From other hand the humanism has been based on justice of participants' inequality, which has been revealed in provision of additional rights and abolition of some duties that socially vulnerable groups might have. The realization of the principle of humanism within provisions of law in separate labor law institutes such as labor contract, women's, adult, disabled people's work, occupational safety and health, work discipline and disciplinary liability has been analyzed.
