Essay

Substantiated differentiated approach to professional oral hygiene, depending on the state of periodontal tissues. Defined sequence of using electromechanical and manual tools for scaling and polishing teeth timing of, including by means of an air-abrasive systems, patients with periodontal disease. Theoretically proved and developed a complex of therapeutic and preventive measures for people with inflammatory periodontal diseases, including rational instrumental removal of dental plaque, differential prescription medications (anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, for correction oral microbiocenosis) and selection of individual oral hygiene.
