Essay

The object of study - the electromagnetic and mechanical processes in the motor with a rolling rotor. The purpose of the study - the definition of a stable zone of the motor with a rolling rotor, improving its design based on the numerical simulation of electromagnetic processes to determine the operational properties of numerical methods, as well as analysis of such an motor from AC followed by experimental evidence. Methods of research - based on three-dimensional modeling of the magnetic field with rolling rotor motor based on the finite element method, and use the classic position of vector algebra to calculate the total force vector unilateral magnetic attraction, to identify the value of the coefficient of rotor friction the basic provisions of the theory of physics mechanics frictional engagement are used. Theoretical and practical results - numerical-field methods and software for calculating the forces unilateral magnetic attraction and motor with rolling rotor torque are adapted. Improved design of the motor with a rolling rotor and its dimensions and weight without changing the value of the supply voltage. Developed and practically implemented hydraulic unit brake system test set for removal of mechanical and torque characteristics for the study of the effect of friction on the motor with a rolling rotor torque. Designed, manufactured and tested a prototype of the motor with a rolling rotor capable to work at different circuits include on AC, 50 Hz, which is applied as a chopper of the coarse masses. Scientific novelty - on the basis of studies of the magnetic field distribution of the motor with a rolling rotor numerically obtained results of the real distribution of force unilateral magnetic attraction which are likely on a number of experimental studies. Refined dependence of the torque from load angle of the motor. For the first time to analyze the conditions of stable rolling rotor of motor whith a rolling rotor without slipping and calculated the critical mass of the rotor, which characterizes its ability to draw into synchronism when running on AC power. Scope of application - pipeline armature companies water, gas and oil production, agriculture, nuclear and thermal power stations. The degree of implementation - Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (Germany, Magdeburg), Mechanical Plant "Kalyazinsky" (Russia, Kalyazin), Department of Electrical Machines NTU "KhPI".
