Essay

It is investigated the efficiency of the use the main tools of organizational and economic regulation of wages and assessed the impact of the main determinants of labor in Ukraine. Ways of improving the formation and forecasting the level of wages based on the methods of economic-mathematical modeling are defined, proved the possibilities of using the experience of foreign countries in the regulation of wages and directions of improving the regulatory processes of shadowing wages in Ukraine are offered.
