Chalinskyi V. Formation and development of intellectual capital of the agricultural sector of economy

The object of research is the process of formation and development of intellectual capital in the agricultural sector. The purpose is to deepen the theoretical issues and practical recommendations for improving the formation and development of the intellectual capital of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in terms of building the information society. Methods - historical; abstract-logical; benchmarking and groups; monographic; statistical, economic and mathematical modeling, graphical, systemic-functional integral. The main scientific result is the development of complex scientific-methodological and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of formation and development of the intellectual capital of the agricultural sector. Novelty - is the first time formed model of integrated development of the intellectual capital of the agricultural sector, which is based on the modernization of innovative policy of society by improving the regulatory and legal protection of intellectual property and the social and labor relations, as well as the development of rural infrastructure; it will boost the motivation level of employees of the agricultural sector to self-development and innovation.
