The object of study - is the stable angina of the II-III functional class (FC) (after the classification of the Canadian Heart Association) in combination with gut dysbiosis (DB).The aim of the work is to study peculiarities of gut microbiocoenosis of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), and its impact on the blood lipid profile and cytokine link of the immune system to make better the efficiency of treatment of patients of this type.The prevalence of disorders of microbiocoenosis of the large intestine among CHD patients is 81,3%. Patients with coronary heart disease don’t have a classic course of DB intestine, it has certain clinical features that consist in the dominance of constipation and minimization of diarrhea syndrome. When coronary heart disease is combined with intestinal dysbiosis it is significantly more likely to have angina pectoris attack requiring more frequent use of organic nitrates. Elevated rates of general cholesterol and low density lipoproteins were in 3,2 times more often found in patients with coronary heart disease with intestine dysbiosis compared with patients without dysbiosis. Intestinal dysbiosis correction with the use of lactulose and ursodeoxycholic acid increases the effectiveness of complex therapy in patients with coronary heart disease, leads to more substantial reduction of general cholesterol level and low density lipoproteins to the target rates, which was significantly different from analogical by the standard method, and to the normalization of cytokine disbalance and significant reduction of the frequency of stenocardia attacks, accompanied by decrease in depression and anxiety.
