Syniachov O. Mechanisms of public regulation of access to public information

The thesis deals with the theoretical framework and developed scientific and methodical provision defining features ensuring access to public information as a mechanism for interaction with public authorities. Directions optimize information representative authorities at regional and local levels, methods targeted campaign on preparing citizens and government officials to work with the public information and interaction technology. Improved conceptual and categorical apparatus used in legal acts that regulate access to public information in Ukraine. The necessity of introducing in Ukraine Institute of the Information Commissioner, who would be involved in the protection of the right of access to information and protection of information about individuals. The need to increase liability for neoprylyudnennya or untimely disclosure mandatory disclosure of which is provided by the Law of Ukraine "On access to public information". Developed stages of activity of a public authority to ensure implementation of the Law regarding the publication of information on the official website of the authority.
