Essay

Dissertation is concern about technology for production of PVC compounds for insulation of cable products. Complex stabilizers, which based on salts of fatty acids, were created. These stabilizers provide a set of technical requirements on the characteristics of reliability, technological effectiveness in the production process of PVC compounds and manufacture of cable products. The main thermophysical, rheological, physical and mechanical, electrophysical properties of PVC compounds, depending on ingredients composition, were studied. The variation of the electrophysical characteristics of polymer compositions on influences of aggressive factors and processing conditions, were studied. Based on the obtained results, were given reasons for main stages and efficient technological parameters of manufacture of PVC compounds for cable products insulation. The method was developed and the work on research of the aging process of insulating PVC compounds using indirect methods of reliability tests based on the physical forecasting was carried out.
