Kanaryk Y. Legal regulation of manufacture and sale of milk and raw milk in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of peculiarities of legal regulation of production and sale of milk and raw milk in Ukraine, the formulation of scientific conclusions and suggestions for improvement of the legal regulation of the social relations. The system of general and specific principles of agrarian relations of production and sales of milk and raw milk are formed and grounded. The place of norms that regulate agrarian relations in the production and sale of milk and raw milk in the national legal system is defined, legal regulation of production and sale of milk and raw milk as a complex institute of agrarian law is characterized. Particular attention is paid to the system of agreements in the production and sale of milk and raw milk.
