Essay

The present dissertation provides research findings on the improvement in the efficiency of vegetable seed separation by justifying parameters of the process and suggesting the design of a pneumatic separator with a regulated working width of the channel. The dissertation also provides mathematical models for vegetable seed mixture component dynamics in the ascending air flow. The received dependences allowed determining the channel separation capacity for vegetable seed mixture components depending on separator parameters and seed air dynamic properties.
