Object of the study is process processes of the taking the management decisions in organizing system of the industrial enterprise. Objective of study is development theoretical basis and scientifically-practical recommendation on improvement of the mechanism of the taking the management decisions in process of the organizations of the communication system of the industrial enterprise. Methods of research are system analysis and syntheses, structured-functional approach, inductions and deductions, economy-statistical and function-costing of the analysis, tabular, economic and mathematical modeling, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: deepening notional-categorical device of the taking the management decisions and organizations of the communication system on industrial enterprise; development of the mechanism decision making in management communication system enterprise of machine building. Novelty is the most further development of the conceptual positions and scientifically-practical recommendation on shaping the mechanism of the taking the management decisions in communication system industrial enterprise.
