Essay

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical justifications, methodological approaches and scientific practical guidelines for optimization of logistical costs, warehouse activities of machine-building enterprises using logistics tools. We have deepened the scientific approaches to determination of economical essence of logistics concept in machine-building enterprise's activity, improved the approaches to determination of categorical and conceptual apparatus of logistics as a specific type of entrepreneurial activity and improved the approach to classification of modern warehouse facilities. We have carried out the step-by-step investigations of logistization process of machine-building enterprises and substantiated the practicability of creating a logistics center by partner enterprises with the participation of the state, and assessed the readiness of enterprises to transfer logistical functions to outsourcing. We have substantiated the conceptual approaches concerning influence of logistics tools upon development of economy by means of cluster business model, functioning of advantages of logistical concept using a model of effective implementation of logistics system tasks and taking into account the partnership relations of both state and private sectors that makes possible the transfer from market economy to social market economy.
