Satanovska M. Administrative and legal framework public-private partnership in Ukraine

Thesis deals with the administrative and legal framework of public-private partnership in Ukraine and finding ways to improve on the basis of an effective organizational structure interaction of government, business, civil society institutions, representatives of the expert community. The paper highlights a number of scientific theories about the nature of public-private partnerships, analyzed a number of domestic and foreign legal acts on this matter, essence and content of the administrative and legal relations in the field of public-private partnerships. The dissertation summarizes the best international experience of administrative and legal regulation in the field of public-private partnerships and proposed amendments to a number of legal acts regulating such relations. Shows goals and a timeline of improving the quality of public administration system of public-private partnerships proposed strengthening coordination role of the authorized body on public-private partnership in terms of its interaction with line ministries and other bodies of executive power and the creation of public organization "Agency of public-private partnership".
