Kuznetsova M. Executive Authorities of Ukraine as a Subject of Information Legal Relations

The thesis is devoted to the examination of the executive authorities of Ukraine as a subject of information relations and realization of their information and legal status in the specified relations. The concept concerning the formation of theoretical and legal and methodological principles of legal regulation of information relations involving executive bodies of Ukraine is offered and grounded. It is established that the development of information function of these bodies as an independent function in the information society in Ukraine determines the emergence and consolidation of information and legal status of the executive authorities of Ukraine as a collective subject of information law. Approach in the sphere of realizing information and legal status of these bodies within information legal relations arising in the field of personal data and the area of public information is offered and grounded. The system model of studying information legal relations concerning personal data and public information is formed.
