Klimuk I. The forming of the religious identity of present-day Ukrainian in the context of interdenominational relations

The thesis is an integral religion study of the formation of religious identity of present-day Ukrainian in the context of interdenominational relations. We established that these relations are conditions and factors of formation and transformation of religious identity, and appearance of new types of religious identity. It has been proven that religious identity of present-day Ukrainian is connected with the nature of interdenominational relations, depending on whether they are conflict or tolerant. We researched that present-day Ukrainian religious identity in the context of interdenominational relations, is characterized by heterogeneity, incompleteness, diversity of confessions, that it appears in syncretism, eclecticism, privatizating, uncertainty, fragmentaryness and beliefs in different customs
