Rybak O. Forming controlling mechanism for managing efficient work of an enterprise.

The thesis deals with theoretical and methodological aspects of forming controlling mechanism for managing machine-building enterprise's efficient activity. The author suggests recommendations to develop the controlling mechanism which are based on logical interrelations between all its components. Nature and role of controlling in managing an enterprise are outlined; diagnostics is considered as a system component that provides information support of controlling. Based on the analysis of machine-building enterprises' activity, the author estimated their efficiency and dynamics of versatility indicator. Factors that impact controlling functions are also defined. The author developed a controlling mechanism to provide efficient enterprise management and achieve the programmed objectives and levels of its economic activity. An algorithm of introducing the controlling mechanism is suggested; recommendations for its information support are outlined. The suggested assessment system of controlling mechanism efficiency involves qualitative and quantitative indicators that describe controlling efficiency within enterprise's management system.
