The thesis is dedicated to the complex research of legal regulation of manufacturing, processing and sale of animal products in Ukraine. The following notions have been formulated: "manufacturing, processing and sale of animal products", "agricultural products of animal origin"; the notion "multi-branch cattle breeding" has been clarified etc. Division of agricultural legislation development into periods in the sphere of production (growth), processing and sale of animal products, as legal relations object, has been performed, as well as legal regulation of animal products manufacturing at personal agricultural entities (PAE).
