Datsenko V. Datsenko V.M. Organizational and Legal Bases of an Implementation of the Judicial Control of the Public Administration in Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical positions of a judicial control of the public administration in Ukraine and the development of the proposals for the improvement of legal norms based on the current legislation of Ukraine as well as to its practical implementation. Legal nature of public administration and judicial control is determined and the historical development of the judicial control of the public administration in Ukraine is analyzed; regulatory and legal support of the judicial control of the public administration in Ukraine is investigated, the existing models of the judicial control of the public administration in foreign countries are studied.
