The object of research - the heat treatment of polymer-based composites phenylone, identification and synthesis of laws of its influence on the properties of composites developed. The aim of the study is to obtain a polymer composites based on the tribological phenylone using heat treatment to improve the mechanical and tribological properties when used in heavy-duty friction. Methods of study of the effect of heat treatment on the properties of polymer composites developed based on phenylone: electron microscopy, X-ray, polarization-optical method, the standard methods for determining the physical and mechanical and tribological properties of polymeric materials. A comparative analysis of the developed composites with existing analogues, working in friction. The recommendations for the use of coatings in friction and machinery. The influence of the structure of aromatic polyamide on the nature of changes in physical-mechanical and tribological properties during thermal exposure. The composition of the composites based on phenylone C2 using graphite and polydimethylsiloxane which the production of tribological products with high performance at high temperatures. The interrelation between the level of physical-mechanical and tribological properties of composites based on phenylone C2 with temperature and time parameters during heat treatment. Marked increase in the level of the tribological properties of the surface at high temperature electric treatment.
