Essay

The object of research - the process of obtaining the modified N-MMP-6 phenol-formaldehyde resole type binder and composite materials for constructional purposes based on them. Studies Methods: In order to study the molecular structure and morphology of the obtained polymer matrices were used extraction techniques, elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, small-angle and wide-angle X-ray analysis. By thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry determines the stability of the developed polymer matrices to action thermo-oxidative degradation. Wetting fiberfill obtained binding was determined by Wilhelm. The rheological properties of prepregs were determined by rotational viscometry. Experimental data determination of physical-mechanical and tribological properties of polymer composites prepared using standard test methods for plastics.
