Husak A. The insurance cover of investment projects in the coal mining

Object of the study is processes risks, appearing at realization investment project on coal mining enterprise. Objective of study is development scientifically-methodical and practical ensuring the process of the shaping of insurance protection investment project on coal mining enterprise. Methods of dialectical, analysis and syntheses, statistical processing and analytical grouping data, content-analysis, structured modeling, economic and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific positions, defining essence of the insurance as efficient instrument of economic protection investment project in coal mining; scientifically-methodical approaches is adapted to acting organizing-economic mechanism to realization investment project in ukrainian coal mining branches. Novelty is scientific motivation and development of the positions for buildings of insurance protection investment project in coal industry, using which there is expedient in condition re-structuring to coal branch on base state-quotient partnership.
