In the dissertation work the author has exposed the content and researched administrative procedures of passing government service in bodies of the office of public prosecutor of Ukraine, and gave scientifically reasonable suggestions and recommendations to improve their legal regulation. There is the author's definition of administrative procedures of passing government service in bodies of the office of public prosecutor of Ukraine as a regulated by administrative law rules of order of consideration and solution by authorized officials of individual cases concerning a procuratorial-investigatory staff, related to passing by them the government service.
