The object of the research is the mechanism formation of international tourism services companies management. The aim of the study is the development of theoretical and methodological principles and scientific recommendations on the mechanism formation of international tourism services companies management. The author used such methods as: monographic, abstract-logical, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and system analysis, classification and analysis, financial analysis, economics and statistics, and graphical. The theoretical value is the improvement of the existing theoretical positions on the mechanism formation of international tourism services companies management.
