Shlykova V. Estimation the influence of science, technology and innovation on the Ukrainian economy

The object of research is communication of scientific-technical and innovation activities with economic development of Ukraine. The purpose of research is improvement and further development of theoretical-methodological support and scientific-practical recommendations for the assessment of the impact of the scientific-technical and innovative activity in the economy of Ukraine. Research methodsare comparative analysis and synthesis; system-structural analysis; regression and cluster analysis; system-dynamic modeling and scenario approach. Methodological approach to estimating the impact of the scientific-technical and innovation on economic development in the context of basic macroeconomic indicators which is based on the construction of scenarios depending on the volume of the scientific-technical works financing and several stimulating factors; conceptual provisions for predicting changes in macroeconomic indicators under the influence of scientific-technical and innovative activity which is based on simulation of system-dynamic models; organizational approach to the management of the state target scientific and technical programs which provides for the distribution functions subjects in the field of scientific and technical activity are received further development. Methodological support for determine the percentage of the scientific and technical component among the factors of economic growth which provides a comprehensive modeling of manifestations in economic systems macro-level and meso-level; the concept of "scientific innovation" which covers the entire process of creating and using new knowledge and allows to take into account intra-system communication of scientific, scientific-technical and innovation activities are improved. Scientific results are used in the activities of the Main Department of Economy of Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate No. 04-15/3366/9 from 14.12.2010) and Kharkiv Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate No. 01-12/108-1 from 30.07.2012)
