Ivanova A. Strategic management of the enterprise technological development (based on the materials of the enterprises machine tools)

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the enterprise technological development strategic management on methodological basis of the business core conception. To achieve this goal the analysis of the notional apparatus of the research subject area and matching of conceptual approaches in determining the content of key notions are performed, the expediency of a notion interpretation of the enterprise technological development in terms of system positions in conjunction with economic and technological context of the area development are justified. As a result of analysis of the machine-tool enterprises functioning in Europe and Ukraine the content and nature of technological development of enterprises operating under favorable and unfavorable environments, the content of relevant policies of technological development are found. The model of the enterprise technology development strategic management, whereby is formed a methodical approach to the company technological structure identification , determining of competition factor in the area of industry, choice of IT policy and strategy formation of process deployment is designed.
