Object: the formation of marketing strategy of industrial enterprises in the strategic management in the face of uncertainty. Methods: historical and logical; analytical; classification and factor analysis; dialectical logic; statistical analysis; scientific analysis; modeling. Result: The first substantiated scientific concept formation entity integrated marketing industry; Organizational-economic mechanism of marketing strategy of industrial enterprise as part of an integrated marketing methodology. Improved: scientific and methodical approach to the disclosure of the contents of strategic marketing business entity; method of synthesis components of organizational structure in terms of providing integrated marketing activities; scientific and methodical approach to building marketing strategies business entity as a resource for sustainable development based on proactivity. We got further development: scientific and methodical approach to economic and mathematical justification marketing of industrial enterprises; categorical apparatus in marketing industrial enterprise on the basis of the definition of "integrity Partnership"; scientific and methodical approach to systematize the factors that promote unsustainable development of the steel industry, current economic conditions. The practical significance of the work is determined by the results of the implementation of its activities in the industry.
