Semendiak V. Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Bill of Exchange's Calculations in Agriculture of Ukraine

The object of study: the processes regulating mechanisms bill payments in agriculture Ukraine. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological foundations of improving organizational and economic mechanism of bill payments in agriculture and management at the sectoral and regional levels. Methods: historical and legal, system functional, comparative, horizontal and vertical analysis. Scientific novelty: the first reasonably organizational and economic mechanism of bill payments in the agriculture sector in view of features proposed new organizational and methodological approaches to the rated notes; improved theoretical and methodological foundations of mechanism of bill payments, methodological approaches to the creation of efficient management mechanism of bill payments; were further developed nature of the economic component of the concepts of "bill" and "circulation of bills," proposals for further liberalization of the domestic bill legislation and its adaptation to the system of European law.
