Essay

Work is devoted to the problem of the effectiveness of admixtures in modern concretes. The main trends in evaluating the effectiveness of supplements were analyzed. Lack of informativeness of traditional methods and the discrete nature of determining the values of primary and secondary technological effects of the introduction of admixtures are marked. From the physico-chemical positions shown scientific practicality of implementing a continuous monitoring and evaluation of the effect of supplementation on the intensity and completeness of the early stages of hardening of cement systems. A method of quantitative evaluation the effect of admixtures according to the calorimetric continuous time-temperature monitoring kinetic parameters of the processes of hardening cement systems in the presence of admixtures has been developed. The results of calorimetric study of the effect multiple functional individual and complex, chemical and mineral admixtures on the kinetics of the early stages of hardening of cement systems are discussed. Analysis of the effectiveness of admixtures applied to various technologies of concrete using effectiveness criteria used for the first time, whose purpose is to establish a level of influence of admixtures on the hardening of cement. Documented information about pilot testing of developments on building sites are gives.
