The thesis is a study that investigated a monographic level procedural decision-trial criminal proceedings. The paper revealed the concept, nature and variety of procedural decisions investigation of criminal proceedings, the grounds and procedure for reasonable rd, described the decision to start the preliminary investigation, to refuse the beginning of pre-referral statements or in notification of a criminal offense, as appropriate, and also add-margin solution.
