Andrejchuk T. The legal guarantees of labor rights of judges.

This research focuses on regulation of legal safeguards aimed at the realization of labor rights, freedoms and lawful interests and responsibilities of judges. In this work are researched a legal guarantee of a general nature, selected features of legal guarantees of labor rights and duties of judges, is examined the system of labor rights and duties of judges, as a guarantee of their realization, highlighted the legal safeguards in the process of the emergence, development and termination of service and labor relations with the designated categories of employees. The paper analyzes the rules of state general and special laws of Ukraine, international legal regulations and some foreign countries. The content and features of labor and legal status of judges, the characteristic of its main elements are defined: rights, liberties, interests, obligations, restrictions, prohibitions, legal liability, also are defined and characterized legal guarantees, development and termination of service and labor relations; features and forms of disciplinary responsibility of judges for violations of work duties are revealed. Based on research are developed specific proposals for improving the current legislation on regulation of legal guarantees of labor rights and duties of judges. The survey results are formulated in the form of draft amendments and supplements to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges".
