Essay

In the thesis influence of new forms of teaching on the state of periodontal tissue has been clinically and laboratory revealed. It has been found that the level of hygiene of oral cavity and periodontal indices are better in schoolchildren who study on comprehensive programs. The children of the collective system of education have higher results of biochemical markers of periodontal tissue inflammation, microbial semination of gums and degree of dysbacteriosis, but the level of nonspecific immunity is higher in schoolchildren in comprehensive schools, it confirms negative influence of new forms of teaching on the state of pupils' oral cavity. The preventive regimen of diseases of periodontal tissue in schoolchildren has been worked out. There has been proved the clinical efficiency of preventive complex on the state of periodontal tissue in schoolchildren with different educational load.
